set this as my background so that every time i even open up my computer i feel motivated to workout.
i really am stronger than i think. today i did the stairmaster, and the first 15 minutes really kicked my butt, and even though i wanted to stop, i didnt let myself, i kept going. yay 30 minutes of cardio daily<3 your making me feel so good! 
new weight and measurements to come this friday, as i plan to do it every 2 weeks so that i am not obsessing over these numbers. because at the end of the days they’re just numbers. all that matters is how great i feel!!!! how strong
